Introduction to Whistleblowing
IVR S.p.A. favors an open corporate culture, marked by ethics, transparency and responsibility, and inspired by the company values: for this reason it asks the people who are part of it, such as the administrators, the managers, the control bodies, the managers, the Employees and other collaborators, and to all its partners, to operate in full compliance with laws and regulations, code of ethics and human rights.
The company strongly encourages its stakeholders to report (so -called whistleblowing) any incorrect, dishonest or illegal - potential, highly probable or already committed activity - as well as behaviors that can cause damage or prejudice, also of image, to IVR S.p.A..
To this end, the company has implemented specific rules and a management process in accordance with the "Whistleblowing" legislation Legislative Decree. 24/2023, to provide the potential reports of the safe channels that guarantee the confidentiality of their identity and the information contained in the report and their protection from any retaliation.
Management of notifications
IVR S.p.A. For the management of whistleblowing notifications, an external committee of experts, in whistleblowing legislation, organizational models pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/01 and management systems, union law and industrial relations and labor law, with the management of autonomy characteristics, in charge of. impartiality and independence with respect to the processes that could be subject to reports. The company encourages whistleblowers to privilege the identified and non -anonymous reports, in order to streamline and make investigations more effective, although anonymous reports are also equally accepted, provided that they are fully circumstantial.
In order to guarantee the effectiveness of the reporting process and provide large and indiscriminate access to all those who want to carry out a report, has made available two alternative communication channels, such as:
• Written report: registered mail with return receipt to be directed to: C.A. Whistleblowing Committee - strictly reserved - at Confindustria Novara Vercelli Valsesia - Corso Cavallotti, 25 - 28100 - Novara; The report must be inserted in two closed envelopes: the first with the identification data of the reporting; The second with the report, in order to separate the identification data of the reporting from the report. Both will then have to be inserted in a third closed envelope that you go outside the recipient indicated above.
• Oral report: Meeting De Visu with the Committee by the appointment requested by the reporting by e -mail with confirmation of receipt at email@example.com - The auditions of the report in this case can also take place outside the company premises.
The monitoring on the functionality of the aforementioned communication channels is also verified by the Whistleblowing Committee, which must be contacted in the event of any malfunctions.
