IVR S.P.A. PRIVACY POLICY

We will always obtain permission via an OPT IN consent from our users before we send them our newsletter and other materials.

2.2     Pursuant to Art. 28 of the 2016/679 European Regulation, the responsible in charge to processing the website data is IVR S.p.A. in the person of his privacy delegate.

3.   PLACE OF DATA PROCESSING

3.1     The processing of data generated by www.ivrvalvole.it takes it place at Via Brughiera III n.1 Località Piano Rosa - 28010 Boca (NO).

3.2     In case of necessity the data connected to the newsletter service can be processed by the person in charge of the treatment or by a subjects appointed by it for this purpose at its headquarters.

4.     If the treatment is based on Art. 6, paragraph 1, letter a) - express consent to use - or on Art. 9, paragraph 2, letter a) - express consent to the use of genetic, biometric, health-related data revealing religious beliefs, philosophical or union membership, revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions - the user has the right to withdraw the consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the treatment based on the consent given prior to the revocation.
