IVR's Sales and after Sales department operates within the bounds of severe quality and efficiency standards, which in 2001 and then in 2008 allowed to obtain certification for the Company Quality System UNI EN ISO 9001.
Efficiency is present in all the commercial relationship phases, from the flexibility of the Research & Development department – able to design ad hoc solutions according to technical and construction features – to the synergy between Logistic and Sales Administration, which allows to inform the customer about the dispatch date of the order within 24 hours after its receipt.
